Sheet Pan Italian Sausage with Peppers

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
· 4 Italian sausage links (pork, chicken, or plant-based; sweet or spicy)
· 2 bell peppers, sliced – any color
· 1 large red onion, sliced
· 2 tablespoon olive oil
· 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Fresh basil & grated parmesan cheese – optional garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Toss peppers and onions with olive oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread veggies on sheet, nestle sausage links among them.
3. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping sausages halfway through. Serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
