Creamy Dill Yogurt Veggie Dip

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

 

·      1 long English cucumber, grated and drained

·      1 cup Greek yogurt

·      1 clove garlic, grated

·      1 tablespoon lemon juice

·      1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

·      Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

 

1.    Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.

 

2.    In a bowl, combine cucumber with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Stir well, season with salt and pepper.

 

3.    Serve as a veggie dip, sauce for grilled meats, or alongside pita.
