Greek Village Salad

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
· 6 HUGE Crunchers™ Cocktail Cucumbers, sliced into thick rounds
· 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
· 1 small red onion, cut in large chunks
· ½ cup Kalamata olives
· ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
· 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
· 2 tablespoon olive oil
· 1 teaspoon dried oregano
· Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Scatter cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta on a large platter.
2. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss gently and serve chilled or at room temperature.
