Fresh Pico de Gallo

Serves: 4 people | Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
6 ripe Topline Farms™ Roma Tomatoes, diced
½ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced (leave seeds in for extra heat)
½ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp Mexican oregano
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, cilantro, and garlic.
Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, and Mexican oregano.
Stir gently until well mixed.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to come together.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips, on tacos, or alongside grilled dishes.
Storage Tip:
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
