Green Tomato Salsa Verde

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

 

·      2 green beefsteak tomatoes, roughly chopped

·      1 small jalapeño or serrano chili, seeded and chopped

·      1 clove garlic

·      ¼ cup chopped onion

·      Juice of 1 lime

·      ½ cup fresh cilantro

·      Salt to taste


Instructions:

 

1.    Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.

 

2.    Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed. Serve with tortilla chips, grilled meats, or as a topping for tacos
