canada day Tomato and Bocconcini salad


2 tbsp olive oil

20 bocconcini balls (small mozzarella balls)

20 Topline grape tomatoes

40 small basil leaves sprinkling of sea salt

optional: 1 tbsp chopped chives and/or 2 tbsp chopped parsley


Slice tomatoes and bocconcini balls in half and place in a bowl Drizzle with olive oil Add chopped basil to bowl Sprinkle with salt Toss gently and transfer to pretty serving bowl Chill
