Mini Pepper Boats

  • 1 bag of Topline Mini Peppers

  • 1 container of cream cheese

  • Fresh basil

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

  2. Mix cream cheese, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

  3. Fill the pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
