HEALTH BENEFITS
rainbow_edited.png

A rainbow of antioxidants in every bite. Each color in our organic tomato medley signifies a different profile of plant nutrients, like lycopene in the reds and beta-carotene in the oranges, contributing to a diverse and healthy diet.

Orange tomatoes in our medley provide a unique form of lycopene, adding to the diversity of antioxidants in every serving.

The variety of colours provide different antioxidants. For example, orange and yellow tomatoes contain beta-carotene, which the body converts to Vitamin A to help maintain normal vision.

Organically grown, these tomatoes provide a spectrum of phytonutrients which, as part of a varied diet, contribute to overall wellness.

Despite their small size, grape tomatoes pack a Vitamin C punch. Just a cup of them provides a nice boost of Vitamin C to support your immune system – handy during school season or busy work weeks when you want to keep your family feeling their best.

Their variety naturally encourages mindful snacking: pausing to savor each color and flavor distinctly.

2

Tomatoes come in a rainbow of colors. In fact, there are over 10,000 known tomato varieties worldwide, so a medley pack is like a mini tomato treasure chest.

3

Yellow tomatoes have a long history! When tomatoes first arrived in Italy, they called them *pomodoro* or “golden apples” because early tomatoes were yellow.

4

Many medley tomatoes are heirloom or specialty varieties, each with a unique flavor story, from sweet like fruit to tangy and rich.

5

To preserve peak flavor and texture, store medley tomatoes in their original pack on the counter rather than in the fridge. Cold can dull their sweetness and burst-in-your-mouth juiciness.
