Spicy Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita

Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Topline Farms™ mini cucumber, thinly sliced (plus more for garnish)
3 - 4 slices fresh jalapeño (seeds removed for less heat)
3 oz silver tequila
1 oz triple sec (or Cointreau)
1.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup (or agave syrup)
Ice
Chili-lime seasoning or Tajín, for rimming
Lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions:
Rim the Glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip into chili-lime seasoning. Set aside.
Muddle the Base
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mini cucumber and jalapeño slices to release their flavor.
Shake It Up
Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice. Shake well until cold, about 15 seconds.
Strain & Serve
Strain into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with extra cucumber and a lime wedge.
Finisher: Add a splash of sparkling water for extra refreshment.
